Return & Refund Policy
We want you (and your little one) to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
- Need a different size or color? We’ll gladly exchange your item if stock is available.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
- Personalized products, gift cards, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
